Order and Shipping Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment on behalf of Jewelleryfox.
Occasionally an item could be ‘temporarily out of stock’ (backordered). If this is the case, you will receive notice that your order has met with a delay due to being backordered. Such orders may take up to two weeks to ship to you. If you need to cancel a backorder, please reply to the e-mail you receive within 24 hours.

Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event that you need to return goods, PBJ-GIFTS will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the item in question. This is providing the item is returned within 7 days of you having receiving it, IN ITS ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND UNUSED.
Contact SALES@PBJ-GIFTS.CO.UK with details of the item and the reason for its return, INCLUDING your FULL order ddetails.
Before sending ANY item back
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST.
If PBJ-GIFTS is out of stock of any item returned, there may be a delay of up to 28 days in shipping the replacement, whilst we await new stock.
All returns MUST be sent back to Proud Body Jewellery. Customers must ensure they use recorded delivery for all items. If you do not return using recorded delivery, PBJ-GIFTS cannot accept any responsibility for any returns that are not received.
All batteries purchased are checked prior to being despatched.
Please note - we do not accept ANY returns unless contacted first.
PBJ-GIFTS cannot accept any returns for any body piercing jewellery, that has been worn, due to the hygiene risks associated with piercing jewellery.
